Overall, the Microsoft Power Up Program was an excellent learning experience. The program was engaging, well-structured, and thoughtfully designed. As part of the program, I successfully built 3–4 agents, including an Employee Onboarding Agent, Pet Products and Services Finder, Microsoft Personal Shopper, and an Adopt-a-Buddy Assistant. Developing these agents provided valuable hands-on exposure and helped reinforce the concepts covered in the course. One challenge I experienced was related to system updates. Since several updates were introduced after the training videos were recorded, some instructions did not fully align with the current system interface. This made it somewhat challenging to follow certain steps and required additional effort to understand the changes independently. That said, the overall quality of the program remains very high. With updated training materials aligned to the latest system changes, the learning experience would be even more seamless and effective.

Before starting the program, I did not have much exposure to building applications or understanding how different digital tools could work together to solve real problems. Through the lessons, I learned how to plan a solution, a data model, and build different types of apps step by step. One of the most interesting parts for me was learning how to build a canvas app and a model-driven app using Microsoft Power Apps. It was exciting to see how an idea could be turned into a functional application without needing extensive coding knowledge. This was a strong and well structured course that clearly guides you through the full journey of building a solution, from the initial idea all the way to implementation. I especially appreciated that it connects the technical steps with the overall thought process behind designing a solution, which makes it very practical and applicable to real scenarios. That said, I did notice that some topics are explained multiple times throughout the course. While repetition can be useful for reinforcement, in a few cases it felt unnecessary and slowed down the pace a bit. Streamlining certain sections could make the course even more impactful without losing clarity. Overall, it is a valuable course that gives a solid end to end understanding of solution building and provides a good foundation to start applying this in practice.
